Sometimes trying to only correct the physical symptom isn’t successful due to the interconnection and interdependence with the mental, emotional and energetic body. These latter three systems are often intangible. Examples of this intangible anatomy are the acupuncture meridian system, chakra system, and human biofield. They cannot be seen nor felt with the five senses of touch, taste, hearing, seeing and smelling. Although, they may trigger these five senses to awaken and experience a memory. In that instance, you must be keen enough to be aware of where these sensations are coming from. Is it cause or is it effect? However, there are scientific systems and software that can assess these unseen systems of the body. NES Health is one of the leading systems that can evaluate and assess all four areas making the intangible tangible.
One area of blockage can truly distort the harmony of these four aspects of self as a whole. Once cleared, blockages must be cleared again. Waste will always come up to the surface to be eliminated. The layers of the onion must be continually peeled away. If things that you thought you’ve dealt with keep coming up, than there is an opportunity of deeper healing to completely free you from your past. This can lead to some amazing healings of long-term chronic health conditions and symptoms because of the clarity you now know that you didn’t know then. When you are clear, your body is clear in all it's levels of function and communication.
The doorway of the emotional body will be the priority for the winter months. If you look back to a past experience and put your attention on it, you’ll notice an emotion or feeling related to the event as if the moment is being relived again. With the mind, it can’t tell the difference between what is real and what is imagined. When you are remembering a past traumatic experience or when you are worrying about a future experience clearly, your physical body will go through its chain of events as if it is real. This can occur at a conscious or unconscious level. Ultimately, your body has yet to process, organize, sort and clear the accumulation of emotional stress. The present day lifestyle, daily challenges, responsibilities, deadlines, and the constancy of doing only overwhelm your system. If your computer is downloading and processing a lot of data, you can only imagine how fast it is running...very slowly. Your body at a physical level is not keeping up with the demands of healing and self-regulation. This priority is placed aside to address the supposed life threatening situations your body perceives in a distorted way.
What can you do to bring yourself back to a place of clarity, peace, presence and harmony?

Step 4: Seek assistance if you need extra help, support and guidance to create impactful and effective change. This is truly necessary if you have been suffering for so long and nothing that you are doing is helping. Do your research to find a Practitioner or a team of Practitioners that resonates with your intentions and will work with you on being your best in all four areas - Mental, Emotional, Physical and Energetic.
In some serious cases of Emotional Memory Overwhelm such as deep depression, suicidal thoughts, and severe mental problems where medication is currently being used, going the conservative route may not be beneficial at this time. Talk it out with your Medical Doctor to see if there can be a complementary transitional approach to your health and wellbeing. Your 100% participation and willingness to create beneficial and long lasting change will be the catalyst to your success. Everything and everyone else are there to support you every step of the way.
Step 5: Emotional Clearing is like flossing your teeth. It will help prevent the build up of emotional plaque as well as release distortions and blockages of the mental, physical, emotional and energetic body. Practice. Practice. Practice. Enjoy the process of your emotional evolution.
