Breathwork is a gentle way to release tension in mind, body, and emotions. Experience an inward journey with your breath. Essential oils and sound healing are used during your breathing time to help in clearing stuck energy.
When we bring awareness to our breath we increase prana. This “life force energy” clears out past trauma and energy blockages, bringing us back to a healthy place of balance and a better state of wellness.
This workshop will include multiple rounds of guided breathing. During this time your intention is to simply relax, breathe and focus inward.
Show up with a yoga mat and/or blanket if possible and be ready to Release and Relax!
