HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training. These workouts push you towards your fitness goals like no other! You're not only burning a lot of calories during the workout, but because of the high intensity you will continue to burn calories as your body replaces energy and repairs muscle proteins damaged during exercise. HIIT is designed to achieve maximum results, in the least amount of time. Perfect for busy adults!
Please bring proper exercise attire, including gym shoes. Water will be provided.
After the training session we will have a Q & A with Andres Lopez, Mo' Fitness founder and Dr. Jaena Stanley Gonzaga, Simple Balance Health Center founder. We will be answering any fitness and health related questions. You will learn how to do a simple HIIT circuit at home, become educated in food and nutrition, and become aware of the dangers of nutrient deficiency, and how to prevent this from occurring.
