Without ever being adjusted, she entered the Chiropractic Program at National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, IL (now the National University of Health Sciences) at the age of 20, believing so much in its philosophy and principles of helping the body heal itself through the nervous system. In August of 1999, she graduated and received her Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree with a major in Human Cell Biology.
Dr. Jaena is a student for life and serves individuals seeking her care with compassion and excellence. Some of her certifications include the following: Bioenergetic Synchronization Technique, NES Health System, Acupuncture, Psych-K, and Neurostructural Integration Technique. Other practices include Koren Specific Technique, Matrix Energetics, Original Strength, and Holistic Medical Nutrition.
As a lifelong student, she continues to evaluate and elevate her personal mastery of wellness and spirituality. She lives in St. Charles with her husband and three young children. She loves to sing, play the ukelele, and write poetry and songs. She dedicates her life to create a consciously awakened community, to help people remember who they are, and to create a new model of health care for the children of today and tomorrow.

Inna smirnova, MPT
Inna was an athlete growing up and a competitive figure skater with Olympic goals. She had to quit at fifteen due to a back injury. The experience directed her on the path to attain a Master's of Physical Therapy from St. Louis University with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science. She has been practicing as a physical therapist for 18 years in many settings and with all kinds of medical conditions. Over the years, she found that something was missing in physical therapy that didn’t include the mind/body connection and embarked on a journey to search for that missing piece. What she found changed her practice, and she developed a specialty and a passion for Myofascial Release as taught by John Barnes.
For the past six years, Inna has been deepening her learning on how to heal while combining the physical, mental, and emotional practice that take it to the level that everyone deserves. She has also been able to heal her injuries and stresses by using these techniques. Inna practices with hands-on, one-on-one sessions, providing everyone with excellent quality of care and focus. Her passion is the body and the amazing things it can do with some attention and effort. She is grateful to have the opportunity to give tools and empowering information to create a positive and healthy change in people's lives.
Inna’s goal is to guide us to take our healing into our own hands and make it a lifestyle that is incorporated into day to day life and passed down to children and friends.
Inna practices Shaolin Kung Fu and other martial arts, yoga, and tries to stay active.
