The Three Essentials to Healing

1. CARE: Mindful and thoughtful attention on what matters and following through with the actions that are an expression of kindness for self and others.

2. CONNECTION: A state of being where one feels unity, coherence, and love that allows the life force to flow abundantly.

3. COMPASSION: An understanding of suffering that brings meaning and soul to our ability to care and connect to ourselves and one another.

When people have suffered from one or more chronic illnesses or gone through so much overwhelm and stress, these three essentials must be in place.

As human beings, we desire care, connection, and compassion. It is inherent within the divine human blueprint and inspires a movement that wakes us up to more of who we are and our relationship to everything. It encourages us to have hope, faith, and trust to continue on our healing journey.

I've witnessed people miraculously turn their health around because they were acknowledged and validated for their feelings and mystery symptoms. Finally, someone is taking the time to listen and connect with what they have been through and the daily challenges they faced with their health condition.

Compassion sets the stage, eliminating any conditions or judgments, that may hinder one to care or connect. Instead, it brings a heightened level of understanding that can assist in igniting a level of healing that is soul deep.

It may sound simple, yet the practice is not so easy, due to the level of engagement, patience, and presence needed to pay attention to our needs as well as others. There is always room for growth in this area.

Care, connection, and compassion are the essentials to healing and are foundational. They have now become a part of our Simple Balance Health Center's philosophy to helping people heal easily, live joyfully, and thrive abundantly.

For the rest of the month, put this into practice and explore what it's like to put attention on care, connection, and compassion especially when it comes to you, your family, and community.

Blessings, love, and joy,
